Celebrity moms are now setting NEW goals to eradicate body shame feeling like a pro. These celebrities have been very active about the changing prototype of the body and how to embrace it. Their setting of examples is now helping many to live in their own skin without feeling shy or down.
According to Daily Mail research, more than 79% of the women are depressed about their post pregnancy bodies. Moreover, it takes around 547 days for a women to get back into the zone and feel like a woman again.
Unlike most of the advertised post pregnancy bodies, these celebs are showing their uneven, bloated, saggy body type and keeping it real.
Peta Murgatroyd said, “When I left the hospital, I was still looking 5 months pregnant.” She took a snap and posted it on Instagram after 8 days of giving birth to her child. She bluntly stated how she still looked pregnant, but was happy that it was real. Her post was extremely motivating for the new mommies who used to consider that celebrity mommies immediately jump back to the body they had before pregnancy.
She also motivated the new mommies by stating, “The female body as a mommy is incredible and resilient, for this healing and strengthening takes more time. But for now, it’s time to be patient and do some hard work.”
From the 17th day, she started hitting the gym and posted a picture of that too to keep up with being a Mommy Motivational Symbol.
Joining the chain of motivational celebrity mothers, there is another blazing lady, Jamie Otis. She put up a picture of her in a white camisole and white shorts with her post baby bump clearly visible. She commented, “This is my new outfit and it makes me comfortable….
…I am feeling like I can conquer the world after pushing out my baby. Women are so much stronger than they think.”
Hilaria Baldwin, the woman who had such a storming hot body was also hit by the post pregnancy belly. However, she did not step down to post a picture within 24 hours after welcoming her new baby.
Her Instagram post claimed that she still feels scared about the society’s outlook and body shaming. “It always makes me a bit nervous to do something like this…” Amidst all these, she still promotes the power if self-esteem.
Jessie James Decker
Similarly, Jessie James Decker also posted her post pregnancy body picture, which was much shapely than others. She openly gave out her secret which includes healthy eating and daily walking even when she was expecting. “I am still 15 pounds overweight than before getting pregnant with Vivianne. I just take walks, but I’m not getting into a hard-core desperate routine for weight loss.”
Chrissy Teigen is also a leading lady in the league of motivating new mommies. Her pic post on stretch marks was good but she topped it with her tag “Whatever” on the post.

Previously, many celebrities posted freely about the changes they have noticed in their body after giving birth to a baby. Among them, a really inspiring one was of Anne Hathaway. “Gaining weight during pregnancy is very normal and there is no shame in that or ever….Bodies change. Bodies grow. Bodies Shrink.
